Plinko

Drop a ball through a triangular pin grid; it bounces randomly and lands in one of the multiplier slots at the bottom. Pick row count (8–16) and risk profile (low/medium/high). Same 99% RTP across every configuration; volatility is yours to choose.

How Plinko works

Pick a stake, a row count (more rows = more pin bounces = wider distribution) and a risk profile. Low risk caps the highest payout but pays out something on most drops; high risk pays huge multipliers on the edges (up to 1,000×) at the cost of frequent zero-payout drops in the centre. Hit drop, watch the ball bounce, collect the slot multiplier.

Strategy & bankroll

16 rows + high risk gives the most extreme variance, long dry stretches punctuated by 100×+ hits. 8 rows + low risk feels closer to a slot's hit frequency. Auto-mode is essential for the volume needed to converge on the 99% RTP. Like all chance-based originals, no in-game decision changes the EV, the config is the bet.

Verifying a Plinko round

The trajectory is a deterministic function of the seed pair and nonce, every left/right pin decision is read off bits of the HMAC digest. Recompute the digest, walk the published path, land in the same slot the casino paid.

FAQ snapshot

Does row count change RTP?

No. RTP is constant at 99% across all 8/10/12/14/16 row settings. Higher row counts shift more probability toward extreme edges, raising both the top multiplier and the frequency of zero-payout drops.

What is the highest possible multiplier?

Up to 1,000× on 16 rows + high risk. Hit probability is microscopic, under 1 in 65,000, but the multiplier is real and unbounded by the bet table.

Can I influence the ball with the cursor?

No. Each pin bounce is determined by an RNG bit at drop time. Mouse position, click timing, refresh rate, none of it has any effect.

Is auto-Plinko any different from manual?

Mathematically identical. Auto just runs many rounds in sequence with the same parameters; same 99% RTP, same variance per drop.
